Kelsey, little do you know that Jeff, Kate, and I were plotting this big evening for a few weeks. Your best friend and fiancé know you so well; they planned all the details to keep it a secret from you. While you and Jeff were driving into the cities from Rochester, Kate, Walker, and I were setting up the scene and simultaneously tracking you two on Find-My-Friends. I will never forget the moment you two came around the corner–Jeff had THE biggest smile on his face.
Jeff, remember when we scouted out the scene a week before the proposal and you said how it hadn’t really hit you yet? Well, in that very moment, the moment leading up to you getting on your knee, your expression radiated the world. I swear, you looked like the happiest man on this earth.
Well ladies and gentlemen, God was truly with us that evening. 90 degrees (in Minnesota, mid-September?!! What!!!) and sunny with a breeze. Let’s not forget to mention that there was a horse carriage to top it all off. Congratulations to these two beautiful souls on their recent engagement.
