I love love LOVE love LOVEEEEE Jennifer and Nick. From the moment we met, I knew we would vibe and it has always felt like an effortless friendship with them. They live in Nashville and I convinced them to fly out to Los Angeles, CA, over New Years to do their engagement shoot. We explored Malibu (from the rolling hills to the cliffs and beaches) and man, did we get some epic shots and JUICYYYYY sunsets. What a legendary shoot that only got topped by their own WEDDING!! EEK!!!!
I had been looking forward to their wedding for as long as I could remember. With a couple like them, it’s to be expected that they’re about to throw one hell of a wedding. The night before their wedding, we decided to do an impromptu wedding eve photoshoot pre-rehearsal because a sunset looked promising and their outfits were killer ;) that we did and WOW!! I posted a sneak peek on Instagram and I’ll never forget the comment, “this is their wedding eve? This isn’t even the wedding?? I can’t even imagine what their wedding will look like!!!”
On their wedding day, the vendor team was watching the radar like a HAWK. We had some unwavering high (90%) chance of rain for the *entire day.* The morning consisted of some rain showers but then the weather cleared out in time for their first look. We couldn’t believe it! Everything turned out perfect and Jennifer and Nick even got to have their dream outdoor ceremony on the lawn!!! Rarely do I stay through the end of the wedding but this is one of those instances where I did… and thank GOODNESS because Jennifer and Nick had an epic sparkler exit to a red carpet with a 1959 Bentley getaway car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!! An incredible wedding only to be followed by an exit that looked straight out of HOLLYWOOD! And that, my friends, is how you exit your wedding. *mic drop*
