You know you’ve found something rare when both people feel like they’re the lucky one. That’s Abby and Hunter. A love that’s deep, joyful, and so undeniably real—you don’t even need words to understand it… you can feel it in every glance, every laugh, every moment they’re together.
It’s like they’re living a dream in the best way—like they just met, still riding that “honeymoon high.” And yet, it’s been nearly five years. A kind of love that doesn’t settle… it builds, it deepens, it stays exciting. The kind people write about, dream about, hope for. And somehow, they’ve made it their reality 🥹
Their day unfolded at the Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs—a stunning glass venue that brought in light from every angle, creating the most ethereal, almost greenhouse-like atmosphere. A space that felt modern, romantic, and completely immersive… the perfect setting for a day that was anything but ordinary.
And then, the vision.
A color palette that felt both grounded and whimsical—lush greens, soft yellows, and vibrant pops of orange, layered with textures, patterns, and the most unique personal touches (including subtle nods to Abby’s love for moths 🦋). Every detail felt intentional, artful, and full of personality. Brought to life by Ashley of Ashley Skeie Events, the design struck that perfect balance of elevated and playful… the kind that makes you pause and take it all in. WOW.
Throughout the day, moments unfolded that felt just as vibrant as the design itself—Abby and Hunter fully living in every second. The kind of energy that carries from one moment to the next without ever missing a beat. Their private vow exchange was one of my favorite parts of the day; they got to embrace the moment and soak in each others promises. They later shared them again with their guests during their ceremony which left everyone teary and sniffly… those words came from the SOUL.

A couple days later, in one of those full-circle moments that feel almost too perfect to plan, Abby and Hunter stopped by my house to drop something off… little did they know I had JUST finished editing their sneak peeks. I invited them in to view their previews on the big screen. Hunter catching moments he hadn’t seen yet, Abby reliving it all… the reactions, the laughter, the emotion—priceless.
